Job Ad Pipe Fitter/Field work
The Ringwood Companies are a group of businesses catering to the Corrugated Paper Industry. Since 1963 we have been a leader in Starch Adhesive Systems, Environmental Systems, and other related equipment for the box industry. We are a complete service from sales, design, manufacturing, shipping, installation and start up for companies throughout North America.
We are currently looking for a person with pipe fitting experience to travel to jobsites to installation of our equipment. An installation can last from a few days to three weeks.
Key Responsibilities.
Meet with field technicians to review location and logistics to put equipment in the plant
Place equipment
Cut and thread pipe as per drawings
Install piping to connect machines to corrugator and storage tanks using scissors lifts, ladders, and forklifts.
Requirements
· At least 2 years’ experience with reading drawings, threading and installing pipes.
· Able to travel throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico
· Clean driving history
Additional skills (not required but helpful)
· Fluent in English and Spanish
· Electrical
