Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Current Speech Language Pathologist certification for Illinois
• Experience with pediatric populations, preferably within a school setting
• Open to SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY professionals
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs and work collaboratively with educators and families
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with a range of therapy approaches to support diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech/language therapy to K-8 students according to IEPs
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to develop targeted treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings
• Offer guidance and support to students with communication challenges in both individual and group settings
• Adapt therapy techniques to suit various student learning styles and needs
