You'll be responsible for the entire implementation lifecycle of our state-of-the-art Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software solution, ensuring clients maximize the full potential of our platform — from initial kickoff through go-live. You will manage project timelines, collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery while maintaining a high standard of client communication and support. If you're looking to join a high-growth technology company where innovation meets impact, and where your work directly shapes the future of asset management, this is your opportunity to make a difference.
This is a full-time remote position within the United States and is open to candidates based in Eastern and Central time zones.
You will report to the Director of Project Delivery and play a critical role as the primary point of contact for clients and have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to transformative projects while advancing your career within a professional and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage detailed implementation plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with technical teams, resource managers, and SMEs to align deliverables with the overall implementation strategy.
- Partner with clients to understand their business objectives, workflows, and technical requirements and ensure clarity and alignment across multiple stakeholders.
- Analyze and document future-state business processes, including workflows, handoffs, and dependencies.
- Analyze large client data sets for migration and identify gaps in data integrity, create robust data mapping strategies, and ensure all data aligns with system requirements for a seamless transition.
- Configure and customize the NEXGEN software to meet client specifications, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions to maximize value and user adoption.
- Design and conduct comprehensive UAT sessions with client stakeholders to validate workflows and configurations, gather feedback, and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Oversee the deployment process, ensuring a smooth transition to the client’s operational environment. Provide real-time support during go-live and address any immediate issues.
- Provide post Go-Live support to clients, addressing issues and questions. Support project handoffs to support teams, ensuring customer acceptance and continuity post-go-live.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients, internal teams, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Document progress, decisions, and lessons learned to inform future implementations.
Required Qualifications:

- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies quickly.
- Proven ability to translate customer requirements into actionable project plans through strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to envision solutions and understand the process steps from start to finish.
- Outstanding communication and client relations skills, with the ability to ask critical questions, clarify business requirements, and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong customer-facing presence with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term relationships.
