Portable Programs Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized, efficient, logistics professional in the Northbrook, IL area to help organize and manage high-volume shipping data (up to 45 shipments daily). Ideal candidates will be computer savvy with sound organization, customer service and phone skills. This is a contract to hire position through Randstad.

salary: $20 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

The primary focus of this role is preparing logistics packets for the warehouse and managing high-volume shipping data (up to 45 shipments daily).

• Activating jobs, creating job numbers for billing, and generating shipping labels (FedEx/UPS).
• Creating "job packets" so the warehouse knows which inventory to pull; performing double-check steps for accuracy.
• Daily tracking of shipments to ensure arrival and sending completed files to billing.

Systems: Utilizing JDE (CRM), Exhibit Force, and Microsoft Office.

The essential functions of this role include:
