Assistant Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. As a manager of Hopsmith Tavern, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. If you have a passion for the food service industry and possess strong leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor staff members on proper food preparation techniques, kitchen safety procedures, and customer service protocols.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the establishment.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure quality.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Skills:
- Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and kitchen management.
