A Chicago Metro native , Dan believes in providing personalized, compassionate service to his clients. He’s an active volunteer, serving on the Junior Achievement board and as a Jeff Awards judge , and he currently serves as the Vice President of the Raven Theater Board . Dan and his team are dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of their clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Consultative Sales : Use your expertise to help clients choose the right insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, and more) based on their needs
• Client Relationship Management : Build lasting relationships with clients and provide exceptional service through every stage of their insurance journey
• Bilingual Advantage : Use your Spanish language skills to connect with a broader range of clients and deliver outstanding customer care
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with other team members to achieve goals and provide seamless service
• Insurance Expertise : Provide advice and support on Property & Casualty insurance products, policies, and claims
• Drive Growth : Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Property & Casualty License : Required
• Bilingual in Spanish and English : Fluent communication in both languages is essential
• Proven Insurance Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales and customer service preferred
• Sales & Service Focused : Strong ability to identify customer needs and offer solutions that best meet those needs
• Positive & Driven : A go-getter with a positive attitude who thrives in a sales environment
• Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using technology to manage tasks, processes, and customer communications
