Come join a winning team! Beef O Bradys Family Sports Pub & Arcade is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Champaign location. We are an award-winning, family-friendly sports restaurant known for great food, great sports, and a welcoming environment where guests feel like part of the family. If you are a strong leader who enjoys building teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving restaurant success, we would love to meet you. What Youll Do Our General Manager leads the restaurant by:
- Recruiting, developing, and retaining outstanding team members
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences and high-quality food
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Ensuring compliance with all food safety and responsible alcohol service standards
- Driving sales growth and community engagement
- Managing labor, food costs, and operational budgets
- Achieving or exceeding financial performance goals
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in a full-service casual dining restaurant
- 21 years of age or older
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 60 pounds
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to heat and equipment
- Food Manager Certification required (or ability to obtain)
