Sourcing Analyst

USG Corporation
Chicago, IL

Are you ready to be the driving force behind procurement innovation? Are you a naturally curious, driven, and analytical professional who thrives on solving complex challenges and making a real impact? As a Sourcing Analyst in our Strategic Sourcing Procurement Excellence group, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation—empowering smarter, faster, and more strategic sourcing decisions across the business. We’re searching for a high-energy, data-driven change agent who thrives on curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

In this pivotal role, you’ll partner with strategic sourcing, supply chain, and cross-functional teams to unlock value, optimize processes, and deliver measurable impact. You’ll harness the power of analytics, AI, and digital tools (Power BI, Tableau, Oracle ERP) to turn complex data into actionable insights, fuel business intelligence, and champion best-in-class sourcing strategies. Your growth mindset, passion for problem-solving, and ability to structure the unstructured will help drive operational excellence and elevate procurement to new heights.

If you’re energized by stakeholder engagement, visualizing data, and making a real difference—while becoming a go-to subject matter expert in procurement—this is your moment. Every day, you’ll help shape the future of sourcing, drive cost savings, and support a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning. Join us and be the driving force behind procurement excellence!
