Home Care Supervisor

- Starting hourly pay rate of $18.00-$20.00 depending on experience, paid semimonthly
- We have a great bonus plan centered around growth

- Manage a team of caregivers, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure all home care services are delivered in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Conduct home visits and assessments to develop and maintain care plans for clients
- Communicate with clients and their families to address any concerns or issues
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community resources to coordinate care for clients
- Review and update policies and procedures to ensure quality care and compliance
- Monitor and maintain accurate documentation of client care and caregiver records
- Handle any staffing or client emergencies that may arise
- Continuously evaluate and improve home care services to meet the changing needs of clients
- Hold a current supervisor certification from the Illinois Department of Aging (IDoA)
- Highschool graduate or GED certificate
- Minimum of 2 years experience in home care management
- Knowledge of state regulations regarding home care services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and caregivers
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems (TPP)
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
