• Starting hourly pay rate of $18.00-$20.00 depending on experience, paid semimonthly
• We have a great bonus plan centered around growth

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of caregivers, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Ensure all home care services are delivered in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
• Conduct home visits and assessments to develop and maintain care plans for clients
• Communicate with clients and their families to address any concerns or issues
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and community resources to coordinate care for clients
• Review and update policies and procedures to ensure quality care and compliance
• Monitor and maintain accurate documentation of client care and caregiver records
• Handle any staffing or client emergencies that may arise
• Continuously evaluate and improve home care services to meet the changing needs of clients

Requirements:

• Hold a current supervisor certification from the Illinois Department of Aging (IDoA)
• Highschool graduate or GED certificate
• Minimum of 2 years experience in home care management
• Knowledge of state regulations regarding home care services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and caregivers
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems (TPP)
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
