Opportunity

The Retail Associate I plays a key role in delivering a premium shopping experience by maintaining well-stocked, visually appealing shelves and providing knowledgeable, personalized service. This position supports the store's commitment to quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with fresh, high-quality products

• Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste

• Maintain visually appealing and organized displays that reflect the store's upscale brand

• Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and locations

• Keep store clean, safe, and clutter-free

• Ensure shelves are dust-free and products are front-faced and properly labeled

• Follow sanitation and safety protocols at all times

• Communicate effectively with other departments (e.g., produce, guest services, deli)

• Support store events, promotions, and seasonal merchandising efforts

• Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about new products and store standards

This is a part-time position with shifts on weekdays and weekends varying between 7:00am and 9:00 pm.

Skills/Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply

• Retail experience required with prior cash handling.

• Ability to speak effectively with customers and associates of the organization.

• Customer service-oriented personality.

• Prior Spa & Wellness knowledge preferred.

• Physical requirement to lift , bend, squat, reach, twist and to carry up to 25+ lbs.

The hourly range for this position is $19.50. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
