Description
In this role, you will primarily support a surgical department with some medical overlap. The position involves providing care to patients in a 35-room facility, ensuring a 1:5-6 nurse-to-patient ratio on night shifts. You will collaborate with a dedicated team, including a shift supervisor and patient care techs, to meet patient needs effectively.
