Job Description
The Site Engineer supports the Project Management team in the planning, execution, and coordination of construction projects. This role is responsible for assisting with project scope development, maintaining project schedules, coordinating field activities, and ensuring all required site documentation is completed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate has a strong construction background, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant job site.
Responsibilities
- Support the Project Management team in developing project scope, schedules, and field coordination plans.
- Coordinate onsite activities among internal teams, contractors, and multiple trades to help ensure smooth project execution.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and assist with field implementation as needed.
- Complete and maintain all required field documentation, including permits, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and scheduling of onsite inspections.
- Communicate project updates, risks, delays, and field issues promptly to the Project Management team.
- Help ensure compliance with all applicable company policies, procedures, and environmental, health, and safety requirements, including EHS and OSHA standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times.
- Verify that required PPE is used appropriately and that all site safety documentation remains current and accurate.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Demonstrated competency in a construction discipline.
- Working knowledge of construction concepts, practices, and procedures, with the ability to apply them effectively in the field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Ability to manage tasks independently with little to no supervision.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick), medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
