Emerald Loop Bar & Grill is a lively Irish pub and restaurant offering classic comfort food, quality pints, handcrafted cocktails, and genuine hospitality. We’re a high-energy, guest-focused environment that values teamwork, consistency, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

We’re currently looking for Servers to join our front-of-house team.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to guests
• Guide guests through food and beverage menus, including beer, cocktails, and specials
• Accurately take orders and enter them into the POS system
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and check back to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, hosts, food runners, and management
• Follow all service standards, safety guidelines, and responsible alcohol service laws
• Be able to recommend menu items appropriately to guests
• Promote our rewards program with guests
• Promote our specials and offers to guests

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience for at least 2 years (pub or high-volume experience a plus)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
