Job Details

• 4-5 years of experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiation of contracts (construction, supplier, vendor, MSA, Asset purchase, commercial leases, shareholder agreements, bylaws, etc), corporate governance, non-profit, privacy, business filings and closures.
• tax experience preferred/helpful
