PM Line Cook – Roanoke Hospitality
Roanoke Hospitality is seeking experienced PM Line Cooks to join our culinary team at our Roanoke location, 135 W. Madison St.

What We’re Looking For
Qualified candidates will have:
At least 3 years of stable cooking experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
Strong knife skills and attention to detail
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen
Evening and weekend availability

Physical Requirements
Stand and walk for extended periods (5–10 hours per shift)
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs, including restaurant equipment and supplies
Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, and carrying
Safely navigate all areas of the restaurant
Work in noisy, crowded, and confined spaces
Tolerate variable ventilation, smoke, and extreme temperatures
Handle racks of dishes and glassware
Continuous contact with water and cleaning substances
Ability to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors
