CNC Tooling Machinist — Injection Mold Manufacturing

At Foreman Tool and Mold, your day starts with precision. By 6:30 am you’re on the floor in a clean, organized, and safety-first environment, partnering with a team that builds and supports plastic injection molds for high-demand programs. Our work fuels primarily automotive and switch components—and we’re growing.

What you’ll do

• Run CNC operations with a focus on mold building workflows.
• Operate toolroom equipment—grinders, drills, and related manual machines.
• Support EDM processes (wire or sinker) where needed.
• Work confidently with steel for tooling and components.
• Set up and change over CNC machines for production and tooling runs.
• Read tape measures and interpret GD&T to meet tight tolerances.
• Troubleshoot equipment and processes to keep work moving.
• Contribute to installation and bring-up of CNC machines when required.

Schedule, pay, and benefits

• Hours: 6:30 am – 3:30 pm, with overtime available at times (including some Saturdays or later in the day).
• Compensation: Based on experience; flexible with your availability and knowledge.
