Operations Associate
LaSalle Network seeking a highly organized Operations Associate to support our clients’ core business operations and ensure seamless execution of daily processes. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency and requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor daily operational workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage mail and package distribution, inventory control, and fulfillment processes.
- Troubleshoot and maintain office and mailroom equipment to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
- Support special projects, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or administrative support.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and strong technical aptitude.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
