Construction Attorney
An industry-leading construction law firm is a Complex Litigation attorney to join their nationally recognized group. This associate or counsel-level attorney will join a robust practice group and practice alongside proven leaders.

- $170,000 – 250,000 base salary, plus bonuses (DOE)
- 1950 Hour Billable Target
Responsibilities
- Assist with all phases of complex litigation matters, including drafting briefs, motions, and written advocacy for disputes involving high value construction projects
- Conduct analysis of case materials, working closely with subject matter experts to distill complex issues into legal arguments
- Support discovery efforts, drafting requests/responses, and preparation for depositions and hearings
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy, case development, and client communication in high-stakes disputes
Requirements
- 4+ years relevant experience.
- Bar Admission from at least one state.
- JD from accredited law school.
