Board Certified Behavior Analyst District Behavioral Coach

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst - ES providesconsultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations and develops/implementsbehavior intervention plans for individuals with academic and behavioraldeficits. The Board Certified BehaviorAnalyst - ES acts as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, andsupervises educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the schoolsetting. Minimum Requirements: + Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) + Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching,psychology or related field + Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programsand services in schools + One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred + Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice + Current CPR if applicable + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable + Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation) + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age Preferred(not required): Female candidate. Open tointerviewing newer BCBAs. Must befamiliar with high school students and their functional needs, focusing onindependence. StrongBCBA competency with an understanding of school settings and diverse studentbackgrounds. Ability toadapt and recognize the unique dynamics of a school environment. Start/End Date: ASAP - Estimated June 2026 (renewable if agood fit). Daily Hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Breaks: 30-minute paid lunch plus planning time.
