Communications Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute internal communication programs to inform employees about corporate goals and initiatives.
- Create internal content like employee newsletters, announcements, and corporate emails.
- Ensure employees are informed and engaged, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Serve as a point of contact for local press and communities to maintain strong relationships.
- Develop and execute external communication strategies and campaigns.
- Create content for external platforms, such as online messages and presentations.
- Assist with website content development and maintenance.
- Produce various written communications, including press releases, talking points, and presentations.
- Manage the creation and execution of marketing communications projects.
- Support the company's brand strategy and advertising efforts.
- Manage graphic design projects that support brand strategy.
Skills:
- At least 5-7 years of Communications experience
- Self-starter and ability to produce at a high level
- Excellent organizational and presentation skills
Education/Experience:
- BA or MA in Communications, Journalism or English
