We’re hiring an Agent in Charge (AIC) who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and support the daily operations of our dispensary while ensuring compliance with Illinois state cannabis regulations. This role is perfect for someone with cannabis retail experience who’s ready to step into leadership responsibilities and grow their career.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the designated Agent in Charge (AIC) per Illinois cannabis regulations during assigned shifts
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with daily dispensary operations
• Open and close the store, handling keyholder duties and ensuring compliance procedures are followed
• Assist with coaching Sales Associates on sales techniques, service standards, and compliance protocols
• Address and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Support inventory control processes including receiving, product staging, and Metrc tracking
• Handle cash management tasks including register reconciliation and safe handling
• Conduct compliance checks, bag checks, and employee checkouts as required
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, SOPs, and Illinois cannabis laws

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of cannabis retail or customer service experience
• Leadership potential with a strong desire to develop into future management roles
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Dutchie POS or other retail management systems preferred
• Knowledge of Illinois cannabis regulations strongly preferred
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to obtain and maintain all required Illinois cannabis certifications, Agent ID, and credentials per state law
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

A Few Things You’ll Need

• Must meet all applicable Illinois state requirements to work in a licensed cannabis facility
• Must be able to stand, walk, and perform tasks for extended periods
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly regulated retail environment
