What You’ll Do

As a Licensed Plumber, you will serve as a trusted expert in residential plumbing systems, delivering safe, code-compliant, and high-quality solutions.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems
• Perform installations, replacements, and upgrades to plumbing equipment and fixtures
• Ensure all work meets local and state plumbing codes
• Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to homeowners
• Build trust and long-term customer relationships
• Accurately document work performed and collect payment when required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
• Collaborate with team members to uphold service excellence standards

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Plumbing License (State of Illinois preferred)
• Minimum 2+ years of field experience (residential service preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• High level of integrity and accountability
• Comfortably discussing pricing and collecting payment
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
