Server
We’re seeking friendly, positive, and professional servers who thrive in a team-oriented, high-volume setting.
Ideal candidates are:
- Energetic, upbeat, and genuinely enjoy engaging with guests
- Clean-cut, polished, and professional in appearance
- Calm under pressure and able to stay composed during busy shifts
- Strong team players who support their coworkers
- Execute full steps of service with consistency and attention to detail
- Manage multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage offerings
- Maintain a clean, organized section and workspace
- Deliver exceptional hospitality to a diverse, high-volume guest base
- 2 years of previous serving in a full service restaurant experience a must (high-volume experience a plus)
- Strong understanding of service standards and guest flow
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Mondays, weekend and holiday availability required
- Hourly base pay in accordance with Chicago minimum wage laws
- Tips on top of hourly
