Project Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager for a Contract with a client in Schaumburg, IL. You will manage full-cycle Oracle Cloud Fusion implementations, overseeing scope, budget, and timelines while leading cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Project Manager job responsibilities include:

• Manage full-cycle Oracle Cloud Fusion implementations, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation.

• Lead cross-functional teams (functional and technical), ensuring high performance and alignment with project goals.

• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders, managing expectations and driving consensus on key decisions.

• Oversee sprint planning and sequencing, partnering with Scrum Masters to ensure timely delivery and remove roadblocks.

• Maintain project documentation and communication, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

• Ensure compliance with project management processes, proactively managing risks/issues and driving resolution.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (PMP or Agile certifications preferred).

• Minimum 5+ years of experience leading projects and Scrum teams, with strong exposure to Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Proven experience managing Oracle Cloud Fusion implementations, including scope, budget, and timeline management.

• Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks and hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
