Account Manager
Looking to hire 1 Full-Time Employee to input schedules with accuracy, pace, and to speak with our current clients.
Details:
Full time
Location: St Charles, IL
Start Date: February 16
Hours: Full time 40+ hours a week
Schedule: Monday thru Friday or Sunday thru Thursday, 5 days a week. additional day during April - June and September - October
Time: 9:00am - 5:30pm
Minimum Education: High School Diploma
Potential for Full Time Position: Yes
Pay: $20-$23 per hour
Description:
Account Manger:
- Scheduling games on our Scheduling software
- Requires constant organization of over 500 clients with our CRM Software
- Responsibilities will include data entry and client contact point.
- Email and Excel
- Basic Computer Skills required, Microsoft Excel
- Scheduling of games sent by clients
- Communicating with clients and coaches
- Routine office duties and additional tasks with the Assigning/Officials department when available.
