What you’ll tackle
- Create and refine CNC programs for precision aerospace parts
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, 3D models, and GD&T
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality to elevate outcomes
- Support process development including tooling selection and setup optimization
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues on the floor
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on cycle time and machining strategy
What sets you up for success
- 5+ years of CNC programming in a precision machining environment
- Demonstrated experience with multi‑axis programming
- Strong competency with complex blueprints and GD&T
- Exposure to aerospace machining or similarly tight‑tolerance industries (preferred)
- Track record of close collaboration with machinists, engineering, and quality
