Production Plant Workers – 1st Shift (Food Manufacturing) Join a hardworking, teamoriented production facility where consistency, quality, and reliability matter. We’re seeking motivated Production Plant Workers to support daily food manufacturing operations in a clean, safetyfocused environment.

Production Plant Worker
$17.00/hour – Temp to Hire
Schedule: 5:15am – 1:15pm
Work Days: Tuesday – Friday (1st Shift)

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor production machinery following standard operating procedures
• Assemble food products by placing ingredients into machines and following instructions
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Load, unload, and move materials or finished goods
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and report equipment or safety issues

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical work
• Comfortable working in hot and cold production environments
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs, push, and pull as needed
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately
• Reliable, punctual, and teamoriented attitude
