As a Shift Lead, you'll keep operations running smoothly and safely, close the site with confidence, and make sure every team member has what they need to do their job well. When a guest has a concern, you handle it with grace. When the team needs direction, you provide it with clarity and care.What you'll be responsible for:
- Leading daily operations — efficiency, safety, and guest satisfaction on every shift.
- Closing the site with consistency and attention to detail.
- Mentoring and motivating your team to perform at their very best.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and operational standards Sparkle is known for.
- Supporting inventory, training new team members, and keeping things running like clockwork.
