Job Title: Assembler

Shift/Pay:

1st Shift: 5:45am-2pm Monday-Friday $18-21/hr

2nd shift- 2:15pm-10:30pm Monday-Friday- WILL TRAIN ON FIRST SHIFT FOR THE FIRST FEW WEEKS! $19-22/hr

Responsibilities

• Operate tools and equipment based on instructions and experience.
• Assist in creating instructions when none are available.
• Ensure adherence to standard work and quality policies.
• Monitor own work to meet quality standards and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping, record-keeping, labor tracking, inventory control, and process documentation.
• Support improvement initiatives and generate innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Stay updated on certifications and training requirements.
• Complete assignments on time without compromising quality.
• Train others on assigned tasks, if necessary.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo Grove, IL.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Buffalo Grove,IL.
