INTL - Remote AI Data Engineer

Job Description

As a Senior AI Data Engineer, they will be working on Snowflake LLM observability, working with the system of record and execution layer for enterprise LLM workloads in snowflake. This is for a CRM product being built for on property guests and workers of this global hotel chain. This project is for a customer relationship management capability used directly by hotel level (property level) staff to recognize, personalize, and serve guests while they are physically on site-before arrival, during the stay, and at checkout. Unlike a central or corporate CRM (used by marketing, loyalty, or sales teams), on property CRM is designed for front line hotel colleagues and day of stay operations. This term is used internally in the context of guest personalization and colleague facing tools. For this use case, there is a lot of unstructured information where people are entering free form text into different sources. All of that data ends up in snowflake tables, so we need this data engineer to take the unstructured data and turn it into structured usable data. This role is a mix of AI Engineering, and Data Engineering.

Skills and Requirements

• 7+ years of Data Engineering experience with an expertise in AI Engineering

• Gen AI expertise

• Snowflake LLM observability experience (Cortex or similar)

• Cloud Data Engineering with AWS labmdas

• Python and SQL expertise

• Ability to handle tasks, stored procedures, and dynamic tables on Snowflake

• Great communication, collaborative team player Arize for LLM observability, evaluation, and monitoring
