We are seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at All Smiles Orthodontics in a multi location practice. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, supporting our orthodontic office in providing top-notch care to our patients. Responsibilities:
- Manage patient scheduling and appointments
- Assist with billing and insurance claims
- Answer phones and greet patients with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the office
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Willing to travel to all the locations
