Inside Sales Representative

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Inside Sales Representative. This role focuses on selling products and services by phone, email, and video, guiding prospects from first contact to closed deal.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of inbound and outbound sales leads
• Conduct sales calls, demos, and product presentations
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions
• Handle objections and negotiate to close deals
• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and targets
• Maintain accurate records and forecasts in the CRM
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle
• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Collaborate with marketing and sales development teams
• Stay current on products, pricing, and the competitive landscape
• Report on sales activity and results
• Perform additional sales tasks as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Persuasive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
• Comfortable with high-volume calls and outreach
• Experience with CRM tools preferred
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
