Senior Financial Planning Analyst

Tricoci is seeking a strategic and analytically minded FP&A Senior Analyst to join our growing Corporate Finance team. In this high-impact role, you will act as a financial thought partner to our corporate leadership, driving performance through forecasting, data modeling, and executive-level reporting. Your insights will help shape critical business decisions across our salon, spa, retail, and medspa divisions as we expand and diversify our $80M+ portfolio.

Here are some highlights of what you will be doing in this role:

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, budgeting, and reporting cycles for revenue and expenses across corporate functions.
• Build and maintain dynamic, multi-scenario financial models, including integrated 3-statement forecasts to guide strategy.
• Develop executive-level reporting and presentation materials for the Board of Directors and senior leadership.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify performance trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Partner cross-functionally with business leaders to drive data-informed decisions aligned with organizational goals.
• Implement process improvements to streamline reporting and increase visibility of key performance metrics (KPIs).
• Proactively evaluate and evolve financial KPIs to enhance organizational performance tracking.
• Provide strategic insights for long-term planning and ad hoc scenario modeling.
• Support annual planning, quarterly forecasts, and special project initiatives for all corporate cost centers.

Here are some of the skills that we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related work experience.
• 5+ years of relevant FP&A experience, preferably in a multi-unit or consumer-facing industry.
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Strong command of GAAP accounting and operational finance principles.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Experience with data visualization and FP&A tools such as Power BI, Workday Adaptive Planning, or Anaplan.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data into compelling narratives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
