Front Desk Experience Specialist
- Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls, providing information and support as needed
- Manage conference room bookings and prepare meeting spaces for guests and staff
- Assist with mail distribution, scheduling and light clerical tasks
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized and fully stocked with supplies
- 1+ years of receptionist or administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or professional environment
- Verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- A polished and confident presence
- Enjoy a consistent Monday-Friday schedule in a welcoming office
