Neurologist needed in Mattoon, IL - $400,000 + Bonuses + 75K Sign-On
Overview
- Location: Mattoon, IL

- Support: 2 Neurolgoists and 4 APPs
- Other Info: Clinic located in the hospital for easy access to inpatient consults; No after hours call
Compensation
- Base: $400,000
- Bonus: RVU-based
- Quality bonus: up to 10% of base salary
Benefits
- Sign-on: $75,000
- Retention: $60,000 total retention bonus
- Relocation: $15,000
- PTO: 33 Days
- CME: 5 days + $6,000 annually
- Tail: Malpractice with tail included at no cost
- Insurance: Health/Dental/Vision/Life/Disability
- Retirement: 403b with employer match
