As part of the Sales & Marketing team, you’ll help us solve challenges and succeed as you grow and understand the unique needs of our clients and tailor easy-to-use solutions to deliver the performance they need.

With a position in Sales & Marketing, you’ll strengthen our relationships with clients, anticipate their needs, and think outside the box to unlock new possibilities.

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home or location of record within the U.S. with no in-office requirements. You must be available five days per week during designated work hours. The work arrangement for this role is subject to change based on business needs and individual performance. This may include adjustments to on-site requirements or schedule expectations, as necessary.

Position Overview

This role is responsible for managing and crafting high-quality RFP responses and executive summaries to support enterprise and mid-market sales efforts. It involves coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and compelling submissions that align with evolving go-to-market strategies. The position leverages tools such as Loopio, Highspot, and Salesforce to streamline content creation, maintain a centralized content library, and improve response efficiency. It also focuses on enhancing collaboration with sales and product teams, analyzing performance data, and driving continuous improvement across RFP processes and sales enablement initiatives.

  • Craft winning RFP responses and executive summaries as an integral part of enterprise and mid-market sales processes.
  • Collaborate with and manage cross-functional stakeholders across the business to deliver on-time responses that keep deals moving.
  • Maintain responses by auditing and updating messaging as go-to-market strategy and product launches evolve, ensuring content is accurate and on-brand.
  • Utilize marketing and RFP management tools (e.g., Loopio, Highspot, Salesforce) to project manage responses, automate content creation, and leverage other marketing content to improve RFP responses.
  • Strengthen relationships with stakeholders including sales leaders and product subject matter experts to improve content quality and sales effectiveness.
  • Create and track monthly performance to optimize overall program effectiveness and support a growing sales team.
  • Partner across product marketing and sales enablement to communicate and drive improvements based on learnings from RFPs and sales feedback.

Education and Experience

  • 5+ years B2B marketing experience, preferably in the tech or HR industry
  • BS/BA – Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Superior written communication and copywriting skills including the ability to create and adapt content to suit different audiences.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated with demonstrated ability to hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Accountable self-starter able to keep multiple projects on track while working with teams across the organization.
  • Knowledge and experience running RFP processes in partnership with growing sales teams.
  • Background using RFP management tools (Loopio), sales content management tools, (Highspot) and CRM (Salesforce) preferred.
  • Strong collaboration with diverse stakeholders including sales management, marketing, product, human resources, etc.
  • Strong problem solver not afraid to ask questions and manage through ambiguity.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office Suite

Physical requirements

  • Ability to sit for extended periods: The role requires sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods, typically 7-8 hours a day.
  • Use of computer and phone systems: The employee must be able to operate a computer, use phone systems, and type. This includes using multiple software programs and inquiries simultaneously.

The pay range for this position is $68,900 - $104,900/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
