Associate Digital Commerce Manager

We're partnering with a global CPG brand to hire an Associate Digital Sales Manager to support digital commerce and marketing initiatives across North America. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys the intersection of eCommerce, digital marketing, analytics, and content, and wants to make a measurable impact on online growth.
In this role, you'll help drive online visibility, customer engagement, and digital conversions while partnering closely with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and eCommerce.

Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of digital marketing and eCommerce initiatives across North America.

• Manage and optimize digital content across websites and online platforms to improve the customer experience.

• Help drive online sales through Amazon and other digital commerce channels, including supporting paid advertising campaigns.

• Create, update, and optimize product content and website assets.

• Analyze campaign and website performance using reporting tools to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other internal stakeholders to execute digital initiatives and support business objectives.

• Monitor digital performance and provide insights to improve engagement, traffic, and conversions.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or a related field (or a bachelor's degree in Marketing, eCommerce, or similar).

• Experience supporting eCommerce platforms, digital marketing campaigns, and website content management.

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Marketplace, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.

• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, Looker, or similar reporting platforms.

• Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with content creation, website updates, and digital merchandising is a plus.
