Your Role:
As an Esthetics Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the skills and knowledge of aspiring estheticians. You will provide both theoretical lectures and hands-on training in various esthetics practices, including skincare, makeup application, and advanced beauty techniques, ensuring that students are well-prepared for their future careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lectures and hands-on demonstrations in esthetics.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Create a positive and organized learning environment.
• Develop and update curriculum to meet industry standards.
• Collaborate with faculty to maintain high educational quality and standards.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Active Esthetics Teaching license in the state of Illinois is required.
• Prior experience in the esthetics field is preferred.
• Teaching experience is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for educating and mentoring students.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles.
• Monday through Friday 1:30pm-10:00pm CST

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $21.00 and $23.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
