Operations & Project Support Administrator

Ziegler Industries, LLC is hiring an Operations & Project Support Administrator to support daily office and field operations. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling timekeeping, communication, and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, verify, and submit employee time records/timesheets.
- Answer phone and radio communications and coordinate messages between field and office teams.
- Provide clerical support (data entry, scanning, filing, document prep).
- Track inventory and coordinate ordering of jobsite materials, tools, and safety supplies.
- Maintain organized records for inventory usage and purchase orders.
- Follow all safety policies and support field operations when needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of administrative support or customer service experience.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word).
- Experience with ADP, Procore, or NetSuite is a plus.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
