ResponsibilitiesWhat Youll Do
- Connect with inbound and outbound leads
- Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, and Life insurance
- Follow up consistently using our CRM system
- Build relationships and generate referrals
- Track activity and improve performance over time
Success in this role comes from consistent activity, coachability, and a willingness to grow.
Requirements- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Coachable, motivated, and growth-oriented attitude
- Reliable work ethic and willingness to learn
- Sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
We understand that great candidates may not already be licensed.

Property & Casualty License is required before officially starting the role, and the Life & Health License must be obtained within the first 6 months of employment.
