We are looking for the best of the best service-focused Supervisors to join our Love From USA stores at Navy Pier in Chicago. Our stores specialize in unique gifts, apparel and souvenirs that promote the states in which we operate. We offer a fun environment and flexible work schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interacting with customers, giving them product suggestions and communicating promotions to everyone.
• Completing all the assigned tasks by the manager.
• Ringing sales accurately and efficiently on the cash register.
• Opening and closing the store, overseeing operations in the manager's absence
• Maintaining visual presentation and recovery standards throughout shift by assisting in folding and straightening projects.
• Assisting with the processing of daily deliveries and properly placing the merchandise on the sales floor or back stock, as directed by the manager.
• Consistently meeting service standards with every customer.
• Contributing positively to create a fun, upbeat, friendly environment within the store for both customers and fellow associates.

Skills and Specifications

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with customers.
• Great team player and have the ability to meet assigned tasks and goals.

Education and Qualifications

• High school degree, diploma, or a GED equivalent qualification from a certified institution.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (minimum of 4 hours).
