Orthopedic Total Joint Surgeon

A highly respected orthopedic group is seeking a Total Joint fellowship-trained Orthopedic Surgeon to join its established and growing practice. This is a rare opportunity to develop a total joint program, with minimal competition, strong institutional support, and exceptional long-term earning potential, including partnership opportunities.

• Flexible schedule with blocked OR time and shared call that is considered light
  • Build your own practice - do all the elective surgeries you want and YOU decide if you want to do revisions or ship them out.
• No local competition - be the dedicated Total Joint Surgeon in the region
• We have 65% of the local PCP's in our referral network with plans to capture more
• Guaranteed salary of $725,000 with additional RVU production incentives for high earning potential of $1.5M+ total
  • ASC Comp can reach up to $300,000 in ancillary income per year
• Full Benefits, Signing Bonus/Relocation Assistance, Student Loan Assistance/Repayment, and ASC partnership available
• Must be Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery with fellowship training in Total Joint / Adult Reconstructive to be considered, open to 2026 and 2027 graduating residents/fellows
• Position is NOT offering h1b or J1 visa sponsorship
