The Job at a Glance
The Technical Services Training Coordinator works closely with the Technical Services leadership team toensure that department new hires are onboarded properly, manufacturer program information is delivered successfully, and ensure continuous learning and development are a cornerstome of the department. This comes about throughdelivering Technical Services department specific training and manufacturer specific content to groups of adult learners. You will get to know our systems and best practices closely and become an expert at teaching others how to navigate them as well. There will be an opportunity to work with Technical Services leadership on identifying on-going training needs relative to processes, tools, and technology and creating fun ways to reinforce those concepts.
A Typical Day
- Train team members on Technical Services systems, processes, and policy.
- Partner with Technical Services leadership to identify on-going training needs and build content accordingly.
- Understand the status of in-flight manufacturer programs and what type of team training will be required prior to program go live.
- Create and maintain comprehensive training progress documentation.
- Partner with Parts Town trainer counterparts to understand best practices incontent delivery and learning management systems.
To Land This Opportunity
- You are a self-starter with attention to detail and organizational skills
- You have a solid ability to prioritize tasks and work within deadlines, both independently and as part of a team
- You are comfortable with computers, various software systems, and technology infrastructure (MS Office, Salesforce, Bloomfire, or cloud based telephony systems
- You have experience building relationships with multiple business partners as well as internal customers
- Designing and delivering highly interactive and practical training sessions for adult learners is what you do best
- You’re an all-star communicator, fluent in English (both written and verbal) and bring strong interpersonal and facilitation skills that keep diverse audiences engaged
- You have the ability to recognize training needs, build training content, and deliver training to adult learners
- Foodservice equipment knowledge (hot and/or cold applications) and troubleshooting knowledge is a major plus.
- You pay close attention to detail; as far as you’re concerned, anything worth doing should be done the right way
- You strongly desire to learn, grow, and challenge the status quo

At Parts Town, we value transparency and are committed to ensuring our team members feel appreciated and supported. The salary range for this role is $58,527.12-$78,309.97 ($28.14- $37.65 hourly) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
