Your Role as Accounts Payable Specialist:

As an Accounts Payable Specialist , you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate and timely financial records that ensure our vendor relationships remain strong and our internal processes stay efficient. This position requires a detail-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Invoice & Expense Processing

• Process and record vendor invoices and company expenses with accuracy and efficiency

• Verify invoices for accuracy and ensure timely payment in accordance with company policy and vendor terms

🔹 Vendor Relations & Ledger Management

• Respond professionally to vendor inquiries and resolve any payment discrepancies

• Maintain, analyze, and reconcile accounts payable ledger accounts regularly

• Review vendor statements and follow up on outstanding items as needed

🔹 Compliance & Support Tasks

• Ensure all payment terms are current and correctly applied

• Assist with administrative tasks and internal reporting as requested

• Support finance team in maintaining compliance with internal accounting procedures

🔹 Other Duties as Assigned

What You Need to Succeed:

✔ Key Competencies:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting

• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook

✔ Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting

• Strong math and analytical skills

• Experience with NetSuite ERP is a plus
