We are currently seeking a proactive and organized Field Supervisor to lead a team of field installers. This role involves daily scheduling, coordinating labor needs, processing material requests, managing driver logistics, and maintaining accurate records for payroll and job progress. The Field Supervisor is responsible for ensuring high-quality installations through regular site visits, inspections, and installer coaching. Strong leadership is essential, including mentoring Working Leads, conducting performance reviews, and enforcing company standards for safety, attendance, and productivity. This position plays a key role in driving operational efficiency and upholding company values in the field.

Pay Range: $70k-100k Depending on Experience

Work Hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday; occasional overtime may be required

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in residential HVAC new construction installation
• Ability to train, mentor and motivate employees
• Proficiency with Microsoft programs, particularly Outlook and Excel
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Superior time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• EPA Certification
