Mobile IV Nurse - NFuze Wellness (PT/PRN) RN

NFuze Wellness is a premier medical spa and wellness center dedicated to helping clients achieve their best health through innovative services, including IV hydration therapy, medical weight loss, aesthetics, and advanced skin care. We are expanding our IV hydration services to bring wellness directly to clients’ homes, businesses, and events.

Position Overview: We are seeking a professional and reliable Mobile IV Nurse (RN) to join our team. The Mobile IV Nurse will travel to clients within a 1-hour radius of Edwardsville, IL, to provide IV hydration and vitamin therapy services in a safe and comfortable setting. This is a flexible role with the opportunity to work independently while representing the NFuze Wellness brand.

Range listed is approximation as this is a commission pay based position.

Responsibilities:

● Travel to clients’ homes, workplaces, or event venues to administer IV hydration therapy and vitamin injections.

● Perform thorough client assessments, review medical histories, and ensure eligibility for IV therapy.

● Safely insert and manage IV lines, monitor clients during infusion, and respond to any complications.

● Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system (training provided).

● Educate clients on the benefits of IV therapy and provide aftercare instructions.

● Ensure all supplies and equipment are sanitized, stocked, and maintained.

● Represent NFuze Wellness professionally and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications:

● Active Illinois RN (required).

● Minimum of 1 year IV start/infusion experience (ER, ICU, or infusion background preferred).

● Must be comfortable working independently and traveling up to 1 hour from Edwardsville, IL.

● Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (mileage reimbursement provided).

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

● Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Schedule:

● Part-time or PRN with flexible scheduling; weekends and evenings may be required based on client needs.
