Barista
Bagel & Bean is looking for an experienced, energetic Barista to join our growing team!
We’re seeking someone with at least 1 year of barista experience who is confident working both the espresso bar and the cash register. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong multitasking ability, and a genuinely positive attitude.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare high-quality espresso drinks and specialty beverages
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently at the register
Deliver warm, friendly, and engaging customer service
Maintain a clean, organized, and fast-paced workspace
Work collaboratively with team members to create a great guest experience
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of barista experience
Comfortable floating between barista and cashier roles
An outgoing personality
Strong communication and reliability
Ability to thrive in a busy café environment
