Job Summary
We are looking for individual to join our client’s team as a Call Center Representative. You will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing technical support to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Job Description
- Answer customer questions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide technical assistance and support as needed.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Demonstrate proficiency with phone systems and computer applications.
Skills Required
- Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience.
- Bilingual (facility specific).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Active listening skills to fully understand customer concerns and needs.
- Effective problem-solving abilities to identify issues and implement appropriate solutions.
Education/Training/Certifications
- High School Diploma or General Education (GED).
Additional Requirements
- Schedule Notes: Please note employee will work 11-7 and some Saturdays (8-4) as well
Pay Rate
- $32-$37.00 per hour, based on experience, skills and market factors
