The People Change and Transformation Lead will lead on all organisational change that impacts people, working closely with our VP transformation, People Lead-Growth and Head of People Operational Performance this role will manage and coordinate any organisational restructures, all people workstream for contract closure plans and contract mobilisation plans. This role will act as a change agent, leading and supporting organisational change initiatives. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, guiding business leaders and teams through change with a focus on employee engagement, clear communication, and alignment to business goals. Lead and integrate inclusion strategies into all HR initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace culture and ensure opportunities for all employees This role will build on and implement the blueprint for managing change, including TUPE in, TUPE out, consultations, redundancy, onboarding a new contract from startup and new contract with TUPE and recruitment requirements, while continually adapting to evolving business growth and transformation This role is the people link for all organisational change, ensuring we retain key skills required for future business growth. This role will work with colleagues within the People function to identify people resource requirements to ensure there is support from the wider People Operational team to deliver the change programmes.

Specific Accountabilities:

1. Change strategy • Work closely with the Transformation and Change team to support the design and people requirements on organisational change. Contributing to the wider change agenda ensuring interdependencies have been considered • Have oversight of all people related change within Maximus UK to ensure the change is appropriately impacted, identifying any mitigation, risks and solutions

2. Contract closures/transfers • As contracts come to a natural closure or transfer to other suppliers, develop clear plans to manage and consult with colleagues on contract closures/ transfers • Work with operational teams to manage the consultation process • Work with future suppliers in managing and transferring key people data

3. Contract mobilisation • As we are successful in winning new contracts work with the growth team to develop the people mobilisation plans to successfully manage contract go lives • Understanding the organisation structures and working with the operational HR team to identify key talent to support the delivery of the contract • This will include coordinating all people workstream activities and ensuring the resourcing, onboarding, training for the successful start up of the contract • Coordinating the consultation process and any Union and Employee forum engagement • Working closely with the communications team to ensure effective communication is managed to those colleagues joining Maximus • Managing TUPE process, analysing ELI data, managing risks associated with the data

4. Stakeholder engagement • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure alignment for change and to manage timeframes

5. Growth: • Support the Growth team as required with bid activity, due diligence, TUPE process, mobilisation activity. This could mean leading on bid and growth activity or supporting elements of this work

6. Data led insights: • With all of the above, providing cross Maximus data led insights to work in partnership to develop approach to drive improvement in key people metrics across the business.

7.Technological Enablement: • Ensure all activities focus on technological enablement, assisting managers to self-serve resources where possible using available tools and platforms to enable them to lead and manage their teams effectively using tools and platforms available

Qualifications & Experience:

• Extensive experience as a Senior HR, People partner with a focus on delivering successful change management.

• Proven experience in delivering complex TUPE transfers involving multiple service providers, with a strong focus on public sector environments and stakeholder

engagement.

• Ability to effectively collaborate with senior leadership and influence decision making.

• Experience of using data to inform and support key decision making.

• Experience of managing organisational change and transformation.

• Understanding of talent management, succession planning, and performance management processes.

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver results.
