Role Description

This is a full-time, fully on-site role located in Chicago, IL, for an Executive Assistant within our commercial sector.

The Executive Assistant will serve as a strategic partner in driving company growth. You will be responsible for identifying emerging business opportunities, cultivating high-level client relationships, and assisting in the design and execution of long-term growth strategies. This high-visibility role involves managing the full lifecycle of business development from initial market research and event coordination to contract negotiation.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience (HVAC experience is not required)
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and digital communication skills
• Organization: Expert-level time management, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership

Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth: Identifying and developing new business opportunities from both warm and new leads.
• Commercial Liaison: Working exclusively within the commercial sector to drive high-level partnerships.
• Technical Coordination: Serving as the daily point of contact between Project Managers and Engineers.
• Operational Scheduling: Organizing and optimizing daily schedules for the technician team.
• Service Mastery: Developing a deep, "inside-out" understanding of our specialized service offerings.
• Full-Cycle Management: Navigating the entire sales process from initial lead to successful job completion.
• Brand Representation: Planning industry events and creating high-impact presentations for potential clients.
• Performance Tracking: Managing reports and tracking key data to measure growth and efficiency
