Role Description
This is a full-time, fully on-site role located in Chicago, IL, for an Executive Assistant within our commercial sector.
The Executive Assistant will serve as a strategic partner in driving company growth. You will be responsible for identifying emerging business opportunities, cultivating high-level client relationships, and assisting in the design and execution of long-term growth strategies. This high-visibility role involves managing the full lifecycle of business development from initial market research and event coordination to contract negotiation.
This is the premier role for a high-achieving professional looking to master the art of business development and strategic sales from the inside out. You will work directly with leadership to ensure key company objectives are met, gaining unparalleled exposure to the mechanics of a growing business. Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience (HVAC experience is not required)
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and digital communication skills
- Organization: Expert-level time management, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership
Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth: Identifying and developing new business opportunities from both warm and new leads.
- Commercial Liaison: Working exclusively within the commercial sector to drive high-level partnerships.
- Technical Coordination: Serving as the daily point of contact between Project Managers and Engineers.
- Operational Scheduling: Organizing and optimizing daily schedules for the technician team.
- Service Mastery: Developing a deep, "inside-out" understanding of our specialized service offerings.
- Full-Cycle Management: Navigating the entire sales process from initial lead to successful job completion.
- Brand Representation: Planning industry events and creating high-impact presentations for potential clients.
- Performance Tracking: Managing reports and tracking key data to measure growth and efficiency
